Step into the islands for a night of bold flavors, music, and social cooking! At our Cooking Social events, you’ll be greeted with an apron, a welcome cocktail, and a Caribbean-inspired bite before diving into the kitchen. Together, we’ll cook side by side, learning to create authentic dishes that showcase the spice, soul, and sunshine of the Caribbean. Bring your friends, a date, or come solo if you love a good foodie adventure—this night is all about food, fun, and connection.

On the Menu

· Welcome Cocktail – Hibiscus Mojito

· Welcome Bite – Bacalaítos (crispy salt cod fritters)

· Tostones with Mojo – twice-fried plantains with garlic-citrus sauce

· Shrimp Escabeche – citrusy marinated shrimp with peppers & onions

· Vaca Frita – crispy shredded beef with lime & onions

· Coconut Rice & Peas – fragrant side with coconut milk & spices

· Dessert – Morir Soñando Tres Leches Cake – orange-infused sponge cake with whipped cream & zest

Includes aprons, private chef, welcome cocktail and bite, hands on cooking and time to enjoy the prepared dishes together - seats are limited!
