Taste of the Arts is back — and we couldn't be more excited to welcome you to our second season.
This beloved 6-night subscription series returns for 2026–27, once again bringing together two of life's greatest pleasures: outstanding live performance and exceptional dining. Each evening begins with a 3–4 course dinner at a carefully selected restaurant near our campus, giving you plenty of time to savor every course before the show begins.
From theater to dance, music to spectacle, every night out with Taste of the Arts is a little different — and that's exactly the point. Think of it as the best kind of sampler: new flavors, new stories, and great company.
For our Chamber Music course, still in Samueli Theater, the acclaimed Takacs Quartet will be performing a stirring all-Beethoven program tracing the evolution of the composer's genius. You are in for a treat as the official Chamber Ensemble of Segerstrom Center for the Arts are universally regarded as one of his greatest interpreters.
Paradise Dynasty promises you a gastronomic journey through dynasties of China, with northern and southern Chinese cuisine across generations. With its very 1st American location in Bloomingdale’s at South Coast Plaza (and first outside of Asia!), this Singapore sensation lets diners indulge in modern opulence and bold flavors from the eight regions of China.
