Our first "Taste of Spenard" in 2026!Known for its unique brand of odd Alaska living, Spenard has been home to outcasts, artists, foodies and pioneers alike for decades. Experience the vibrant culture in one stop at the Taste of Spenard in the parking lot of historic Chilkoot Charlies.
The businesses that have helped define Spenard will be serving up signature bites, brews, merchandise, and trade booths only found in a neighborhood like this. All ages and walks of life welcome to this event that is FREE to the public!
Taste of Spenard will start grooving at 12pm in the Chilkoot Charlie’s Parking lot with live music, food trucks, farmers and wellness market vendors, and a beer garden provided by Koot's! Hope to see you in the neighborhood.
