We're all in with another Taste of Maine Summer event this year! Lobster (eh hem...LOBSTAH) ? rolls, red hot dogs, pier fries and whoopie pies! Saturday June 29th from 11am to 3pm (or while supplies last).Chef Lisa & Dan grew up in Maine and are hosting this event so you can enjoy some of their favorites!
-Lobster rolls (the way they really do it in Maine) - Maine lobster served on a buttered and grilled top split New England style hot dog roll. Mayo or warm butter served on the side. (a full lobster worth of meat in every roll)
-Red Hot dogs- pork & beef bright red hot dots with a natural casing that snaps
-Pier fries - crinkle cut French fries heavily salted and served with vinegar
-Whoopie pies - classic chocolate sandwich cakes with vanilla buttercream in the middle
The bakery and deli will both be open during this time so you can still get other counter items...or if you have someone with you that doesn't like lobster or hotdogs (gasp!), we'll have our full lunch menu available.
Supplies will be limited, so please mark yourself as going if you plan to attend so we can be sure to stock enough lobstah!
