Born and raised in New York & New Jersey, Pinchy’s founder and CEO, Nick DiBartolomeo has built his career around serving a taste of New England seafood. On Sunday, June 14th, he brings a taste of his upbringing to Boerne Texas. Pork Roll(Taylor Ham), cheese steaks and sausage peppers are on the menu utilizing the suppliers from New York that you’d almost certainly find on every boardwalk of the Jersey coast.
