Delight your palate with a delectable array of classic French dishes each thoughtfully paired with four Aquila's Nest wines. Immerse yourself in the charm of French culture as you dine al fresco under the starlit sky, in the backdrop of a stunning sunset, surrounded by the captivating beauty of the vineyard, while enjoying live music by the talented Jemar Phoenix. Taking the reins for our Taste of France Wine Dinner will be Loree Ogan, the esteemed owner of Loree's Fine Food, and Chef Susan Cardoza. With a distinguished 40-year career in the catering industry, Loree has orchestrated events from intimate gatherings of 20 to grand occasions hosting up to 10,000 guests, spanning from New Hampshire to Virginia.
Loree's culinary journey includes studying cooking in France, Italy, and Spain, as well as at the renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. In her leisure time, she leads European cooking tours to Southern France, Tuscany, and most recently, Sicily.

20% of wine sales are being donated to the family of Chef Micah Foote, the original chef of this wine dinner, who sadly passed away on June 3, 2024. Chef Micah brought over 20 years of culinary experience to his work. After serving as a combat Marine, he graduated from the French Culinary Institute and became a private chef to high-profile clients including Bruce Willis, Madonna, Martha Stewart, and Tyra Banks.
