Taste of Cherry follows Mr. Badii, a middle‑aged man in Tehran who has decided to end his life and is searching for someone willing to bury him afterward. As he drives through the city, he meets people from different walks of life, each encounter revealing something new about life. Abbas Kiarostami’s film is patient and deeply human.
