The Food Lion Taste of Charlotte Festival is the largest annual festival held in Uptown Charlotte. Meet, Eat, Drink, and Play! This year the festival is hosted in Uptown on Tryon Street for several blocks, bringing local restaurants to you! Friday, June 5 - 11am-11pm
Saturday, June 6 - 11am-11pm
Sunday, June 7 - 11am-6pm
Each restaurant features 3 menu items for you to Taste, so over a hundred of new tastings!
FREE ADMISSION: There's no cost to walk up and down the festival grounds, but you will need to purchase coins to taste all the food and beverage goodies. Grab your coins, a festival brochure map, and GET STARTED! Coin Booths located at every stadium entrance.
The Best of the Taste judging occurs on Friday and winners are announced on the Main Stage for different food categories awards. Local Craft Beer, New Wine and more beverages in the Tavern at the Taste and Wine Cellar.
Visit our 3 stages with live music and entertainment on the Main Stage all weekend long, plus live music in the Tavern and the Wine Cellar.
Kids activities, peppered throughout the event site and on the field, take coins for rides, or get a wristband for unlimited rides, slides, and more!
Unique local shopping in the Marketplace.
Sunday Family Fun Day will host a Mascot Meet & Greet.
