MEET SOMMELIER HOST - SANDRA PETROVSKI

My name is Sandra Petrovski and I've been in the wine industry now for 10 years. My love for wine started in Toronto in 2016, where I was fortunate enough to work at a small local wine bar focused on seasonal produce through a tasting menu and wines to match. I also started some formal wine training through the Court of Masters and WSET programs. I then came back to Australia in 2018 and continued my studies alongside various sommelier roles. In 2023, my partner and I opened up Whitebark from a love of Australian and NZ produce and sustainability.
