Perth-born Taryn Fiebig was one of Australia's leading sopranos, famed for her dazzling voice, versatility, charisma and radiant stage presence. Established by the Humanity Foundation, this award celebrates Fiebig's memory and legacy by supporting rising stars who combine singing and drama to create magical performances. The two awards enable the winners to travel and complete a study plan to develop their craft, and to share the results with their peers upon their return. Eight magnificent finalists compete for the two Taryn Fiebig Awards for Musical Theatre and Classical Voice.
