About this Event

Join me for our first Precinct 2 Town Hall of 2024!

On January 18th, bring your questions and participate in a conversation about the county J*il and how it intersects with the criminal justice system in Tarrant County.

We’ll be joined by Tarrant County Sheriff Bill Waybourn, along with the Rev. Dr. Katherine Godby, who heads the Justice Network of Tarrant County; and Pamela Young, who leads United Fort Worth. Also joining us as panelists will be Judge Deborah Nekhom, Tarrant County Criminal Court 4, Tarrant County Magistrate, Judge Tamla Ray, and Greg Shugart, the county’s criminal courts administrator.

Your input matters as we strive to develop a more informed and collaborative approach to addressing root issues in our county J*il, ensuring that those in need receive necessary care.  Together, let's work toward reducing our J*il population and saving taxpayer dollars. Your perspective matters—let's talk about it!
