About the event
Join Heather from Lunar Wings & Mystic Roots for a journey into the world of tarot, designed to foster relaxation, community, and self-reflection. Heather brings her 20 year experience as a teacher to help break down Tarot to help you develop your own intuitive skills. Heather is excited to continue her journey as a tarot teacher and guide from her workshops at Moonlight & Mindfulness in Dracut. She is looking forward to learning and growing with all of you.
You will:
Participate in a brief overview of the origins and evolution of tarot, focusing on the symbolism in the Rider-Waite-Smith Tarot deck with particular focus on the Major Arcana.
Discover how some of the unique imagery in the cards can support journeys of self-discovery and a deeper understanding of life’s cycles and challenges.
View various artistic interpretations of the Rider-Waite-Smith Tarot deck to expand appreciation for tarot's symbolic depth.
Engage in Tarot Bingo, a fun, interactive way to engage with the Major Arcana cards.
Draw a personal tarot card and reflect on its meaning, to empower you on your journey of self-discovery. If you feel comfortable, we will invite group feedback to foster community insight.
Please bring a Tarot deck (if you have one, although it is not required!), notebook, and a pen. No prior tarot experience is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to explore! Please let us know if you have any allergies.
