Tarot Night Out, SA: PJ Party & Haunted Sleepover

The very first Tarot Night Out is here! For our inaugural event, we'll be having a PJ Party & Haunted Sleepover!!! In one of THE most Haunted Hotels in the Heart of San Antonio ~ The Emily Morgan!!! There will be Readings, Healers, A Seance, a Divination Try-me Table, Giveaways, Raffles, Food, and of course, Spookiness Galore!!!

Theme: The High Priestess ~ Find Your Truth

Where: The Morgue (Meeting rooms located in the old morgue in what was once a Medical Arts Building), Emily Morgan Hotel, Downtown San Antonio

Tickets: Includes overnight accommodations at the Emily Morgan (a Hilton Hotel with many amenities), Tarot Reading, Food, Signature Adult Cocktail, and Entertainment. There will be Readers, Energy Healers and a Channeler available for further healing and guidance throughout the evening, for additional sessions and fun (vendors set their own rates), as well as their art and wares to browse. We will also have *raffles, door prizes, and more! A Full Schedule of Events is listed below.

* Proceeds from the Raffles will be donated to Family Violence Prevention Services

Plus!! PJ Party & Sleepover extends into late night with a Seance (included), or just spend time pulling cards for yourself or others with your own personal Readings (bring your own set of cards or borrow ours from the Divination Try-meTable), or work with your own personal paranormal equipment. The whole event takes place in the basement of what was once the Morgue of the Medical Arts Building. Here's some information about the Haunted History of the hotel:

Schedule of Events

Sunday, February 5th:

3 - 6 pm ~ Hotel Check-in ~ Check-in to the hotel should be completed before the event starts so you're sure not to miss any of the activities and fun. The hotel does have an outdoor heated pool, fitness center, business center, and casual seating area around a fireplace, plus it's across the street from The Alamo, so there's plenty to do in between, if you arrive early. ?

6:30 pm ~ Event Check-in begins ~ Please be sure to arrive no later than 7:00 pm so we can be sure to have everyone checked in by the time we make our first event announcement at 7:15. Browse the raffles, get to know your fellow Participants, we're keeping this event small and intimate, to give it the feel of a party at your friend's.

7:00 pm ~ Vendors, Readers, Healers Open ~ Vendor area opens for a meet & greet. You can browse their wares, sign up for additional sessions (additional cost), meet your assigned reader, etc.

7:15 pm ~ Event announcements ~ Event announcements, instructions and timeline, plus answer any questions you may have.

7:30 pm ~ Event Kickoff ~ First scheduled Readings begin, Raffle Sales open, Buffet Dinner begins (Italian, please see post in Event Discussion for details).

8:00 pm ~ Raffle Time! ~ Raffle giveaways begin, and will continue every 30 minutes until 11 pm.

11:00/11:30 pm ~ Closing Time ~ Vendors, Readers, Healers will complete their sessions and close up shop. Participants head up to their rooms to change for PJ Party

11:45 pm - 12 am ~ PJ Party in The Morgue ~ Gather back in The Morgue for Seance and Ghost Hunting. Feel free to bring any paranormal equipment you would like to use, divination tools, etc. Think PJ Party at your besties house, paranormal style. ?

Monday, February 5th:

2 am ~ Say Goodnight ~ Event ends, but you are welcome to stay downstairs exploring the paranormal as long as you like, no one will kick you out.

10 am ~ Check-out & Explore ~ Hotel checkout is no later than 10 am. Breakfast is not included, but The Emily Morgan does offer a Buffet Breakfast at an additional charge separate from the event for about $20/pp. If you choose, you may continue your fun by exploring the area around the hotel ~ The Riverwalk with tons of restaurants and shopping, and the historic Alamo, is right next door to the Emily Morgan. Plus there are many other activities nearby, both paranormal (The Menger Hotel, ghost tours, shops) and not, so feel free to take the opportunity to explore and enjoy the area. Downtown San Antonio is an excellent way to spend a Saturday!

More about our Theme, Find Your Truth:

"The High Priestess ~ Find Your Truth" is the Theme of this first Tarot Night Out. When GypC started planning this Event, a card was pulled ~ The High Priestess from The Alleyman Tarot (pictured below). The intention of the card pull was to set the tone of the Event, thus the "Find Your Truth" theme was born.

The High Priestess is about Divine Knowledge, Divine Truth. It's about knowing right from wrong, taking a moment to think things through, getting to the deeper meaning and truth of the matter. It's about reflection, and trusting your inner instincts. And that is our intention here for our guests.

Sooooo, are you ready to confront the Shadow Self? Are you willing to open yourself up to finding the Lost Parts? Are you wanting to 'Find Your Truth'?

At this Unique Event, we offer you the opportunity to go within, and dig deep. Our Experienced Diviners will provide you insight and answers to the deeper questions you've been asking yourself, and our Healers will provide the cleansing/healing work needed to step up your vibration for handling that deeper, darker stuff. You can also view any personal contact with Spirit during this event as a tool to help do the same.

This is our goal, our mission, and our vision.
