Tarot Meditation and Mysticism explores the Tarot via the Socratic Method, meditation, and reading practice. Each session consists of 45 minutes of discussion/lecture, 20 minutes of meditation, and 20 minutes of reading practice.Each night focuses on a different topic, beginning with the Minor Arcana and eventually working through the entirety of the Minor cards, including the court cards. An exploration of the Major Arcana cards will follow in future weeks.
The class has a large emphasis on the mystical aspects of Tarot and meditation. The reading practice occurs at the end of the sessions to give the student information to work with during readings, rather than be completely dependent on intuition.
Cards provided or bring your own! Card decks also for sale.
Cost: $10 payable at the door
