In these times of chaos and distress, the collective has turned to spiritual frameworks in an effort to re-ground back to our purpose and offer a different perspective to the reality we have been sold- Tarot is one of those many spiritual tools. Tarot has been used in a variety of therapeutic and creative arts therapy settings to connect the mind, body, and spirit when collective trauma and chaotic times have disregulated our minds, bodies, and nervous systems. This class will give an introductory overview on how tarot can be used in clinical therapeutic settings, how tarot can aid in reclaiming cultural and other marginalized identities, as well as an exercise to build intuitive and internal resources to get through these chaotic times.
