Tarot for Mental Health: A Holistic Approach to Divination

Join Ashley Kudler, Licensed Psychotherapist and Professional Witch, for an in-person experience blending tarot and mental wellness. Together we’ll explore how tarot can be used for self-reflection, stress relief, and emotional insight — without diagnosing your ex via the cards.

All are welcome — no prior experience needed!

This class is held in a queer-affirming, trauma-informed space. All identities, expressions, and experience levels are welcome. Care, consent, and emotional safety are prioritized throughout.

🪄 What to Bring & How to Arrive

• Tarot decks: You’re encouraged to bring your own deck if you have one, but it’s not required. I’ll have extra decks available for demonstrations and exercises.
• Mindset: An open mind is the only must-have.
• Clothing: Please wear comfortable clothing for a short guided meditation portion of class.

Entrance instructions:
The entrance to the event space is through the lower-level parlour door of the brownstone. Please do not go upstairs or ring the main doorbell.
