Tarot & Collage workshop: Exploring the 4 Elements of the Minor Arcana

Join me in person for a creative deep dive into the four elements as they appear in the Tarot’s Minor Arcana: Earth, Air, Fire, and Water. Together, we'll learn how to read the elements when they show up together in a tarot reading. We'll explore our individual relationship to each of the elements, before getting hands-on with making our own unique, individual tarot cards through art and collage (a card to represent each element), finishing by conducting our own mini tarot reading with our handmade cards!

About the workshop

In this workshop, you will:

• Learn how the four elements (water, fire, earth, and air) function within the minor arcana of the tarot
• Explore your personal relationship with each element
• Create four individual tarot cards through collage, one representing each element
• Conduct a short, reflective tarot-style reading using the cards you have made in the workshop

The workshop is designed to be:

• A fun and engaging way to spend 2.5 hours
• Accessible to all, with no prior art or tarot experience required
• An introduction to collage as an art form
• A gentle, reflective experience focused on self-exploration
• Suitable for individuals (18+) attending alone or with friends

All materials will be provided - just bring yourself, your imagination, and an open mind!

Who is running this workshop?

My name is Róisín, and I run . I am an artist and creative practitioner with a BA in Fine Art, an MA in Cultural Policy and Arts Management, and a Diploma in Art Therapy. I am also a musician and actress, and currently a student at Bow Street Academy School of Screen Acting.

In this workshop I'll be combining many of my interests together, using tarot as a jumping off point to engage in some creative and reflective activities.
