Esta e outras questões marcam este workshop, onde serão abordadas e trabalhadas as competências da perseverança e do otimismo, ligadas à categoria “Fazer” (Acting), do quadro de referência dos Inner Development Goals (IDG). O objetivo da sessão é levar-te à reflexão e reorientação das tuas efetivas necessidades, objetivos e prioridades a longo prazo.

Sobre o TARGET: O programa TARGET tem o apoio da Fidelidade e foi desenhado pela Casa do Impacto, da Santa Casa de Lisboa, para apoiar os empreendedores de impacto na gestão pessoal e profissional dos seus negócios, promovendo a sensibilização e capacitação para as questões de saúde mental e bem-estar e fornecendo o acesso a atividades e ferramentas para lidar eficazmente com as mesmas.

About TARGET: The TARGET program has the support of Fidelidade and was designed by Casa do Impacto, of Santa Casa Lisboa, to support impact entrepreneurs in the personal and professional management of their businesses, promoting awareness and training on mental health and well-being issues, providing access to activities and tools to deal effectively with them.
