Fran from Bearing Roots and myself are delighted to announce our first collaboration bringing you a beautiful Tapping Circle along with a relaxing Reiki Infused Sound Bath. Please join us as we gather together to release and restore anything which no longer serves us.
We will use relaxation, sound therapy, Reiki and tapping (EFT) to release stagnant energy, negative self beliefs, thought patterns, and emotions. These techniques then lead to restoring energy and creating new, true, self-affirming beliefs.
Please bring a journal, pen, water, and anything to help you feel comfortable and cosy (yoga mat, blankets, pillows)
