About MORGXN

Nashville-born artist MORGXN (Morgan Isaac Karr) first broke through with his 2018 debut vital, featuring the Top 10 Alternative hit “home” with Walk The Moon. A former cast member of Broadway’s Spring Awakening, he’s since performed at major festivals like Lollapalooza and toured with X Ambassadors, Skylar Grey, and more. His music has been featured across major TV networks, and his viral single “WONDER” led to a live duet with Sara Bareilles on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

In 2022, MORGXN joined The American Pops Orchestra for a landmark PBS program celebrating LGBTQ+ stories, and in 2023, earned an Emmy for a reimagining of Where the Wild Things Are. His latest album BEACON (2024) debuted on The Kelly Clarkson Show, launching a new chapter of creative independence.
Offstage, MORGXN lives on a farm near Nashville with his husband, where they host community events and grow a fruit orchard. He also leads What Is Vital, a nonprofit supporting independent art projects nationwide.
