Join us on the inaugural excursion of our 2024 Tapas & Tasting Tour series. Chef Michael, of Kitchen 251, has customized a pairing beyond comparison. This Tide to Table Tour includes fresh shucked Prince Edward Island oysters' w/mignonette, horseradish, and lemon. Enjoy his seared Ahi tuna, cucumber slice, soy jus', trout roe, or perhaps the Kitchen's famous corn and crab soup shooters. This course will be paired with Benvolio Prosecco, Italy.
This tantalizing tour is set to the backdrop of live music with Manny Lopez and the magnificent shorelines of Amelia and Cumberland Islands. As we cruise the local rivers, we will seek out playful dolphins, and the feral horse of Cumberland Island. While the chef readies New Orleans style blackened shrimp and roast beef po boys', red beans, rice, and sausage. A new flavor combination awaits with pairings of Dixie or Abita beers.
As the sun explodes into a painted sunset, Cajun crawfish etouffee is being served in a sour dough bread boule and paired with Staggs Leap chardonnay.
