Tap Into your INNER FIRE - your Divine Feminine

This is a guided journey into presence, release, and embodied feminine energy. Through breath, movement, sound, and stillness you will be invited to reconnect with your body, soften the heart, and awaken your inner fire.

We begin with grounding and introduction, followed by reflective journaling to discover what you are carrying and call in what you are ready to recieve. From there we move into ujjayi breathwork to regulate your nervous system. Adjunct to breathwork we will do movement and stretches to move the energy that no longer serves you. The crystal sound bowls finalize the release. We conclude the tapping into your energy by calling yourself back. (meditation)

We then move into kundalini inspired shaking, dance, and stillness to unlock your expression. This flows into a gentle petal practice and yes practice to soften into receptivitiy and inner alignment.

We close with integration, reflection, and optional sharing to ground your experience and support your nervous systewm settling before re-entering daily life.
