There is no mask requirement for the event. It is requested to test yourself with a Corona self-test beforehand.
in the upcoming edition of the PARIYESTAN-multiverse – a series of durational collective dream meditations – we will focus on slow, dreamy choreography accompanied by recitations of traditional persian poetry and classical live music, this time specifically around the topics of sisterhood and motherland. sisterhood is embraced in the form of resistance. a gathering of sisters dreaming together in languages they don’t understand. they share artistic expressions freely while creating a monument in time together. through slowness, love and trust, they are powerfully exploring other possibilities of co-existing.
for the performance night, we invite the audience to lay on mats and pillows to commence horizontally. from here, almost anything can happen, and that is the magic we work with. the 7 hours are structured in: intro / welcoming the audience, dance + dialogue, music, nap time, awakening + collective dream painting. handmade tea and snacks to relax and stimulate will be served throughout. General: The performance lasts approximately 7 hours and uses Farsi, Mandarin, English and German. No language knowledge is required to participate. Dimmed lights, projections, haze, soft light transitions, and ASMR effects are used on stage. There is no official break, but the audience can leave at any time, or leave and come back in between. The performance offers space to rest, sleep, roll around, be passive and sometimes active. At the end there is an interactive part of writing, painting and space for conversation.
Audience area: The audience can choose between different seating and laying options. There are mats, carpets, beanbags and some chairs. Movement around the room is also possible. There are two wheelchair spaces and two beanbag seats, which can be reserved or purchased at the online ticket shop or box office, depending on availability.
Early Boarding: If, for artistic reasons, the door to the auditorium does not open until very shortly before the performance begins, there is the option of early boarding. This is early admission for all people (especially with visible or non-visible disabilities) who want a specific seat or a more relaxed entry. Early Boarding usually starts 10-20 minutes before the performance starts. The meeting point is next to the bar. Five minutes before Early Boarding begins, an on-site announcement will draw your attention to it once again. Our evening staff will be happy to help you find the meeting point.

für die tanztage berlin entwirft parisa madani eine neue ausgabe des pariyestan-multiversums – eine reihe von lang andauernden kollektiven traummeditationen –, die sich auf langsame, verträumte choreografien konzentriert, begleitet von rezitationen traditioneller persischer dichtung und klassischer live-musik. dieses mal kreist das multiversum um die themen schwesternschaft und mutterland. schwesternschaft wird hier als eine form des widerstands angenommen. eine versammlung von schwestern, die gemeinsam in sprachen träumen, die sie nicht verstehen. sie teilen frei ihre künstlerischen ausdrucksformen, während sie gemeinsam ein monument in der zeit erschaffen. durch langsamkeit, liebe und vertrauen erforschen sie kraftvoll andere möglichkeiten der koexistenz.
für die performance-nacht wird das publikum eingeladen, sich auf matten und kissen zu legen und in der horizontalen zu beginnen. von hier aus kann fast alles passieren, das ist die magie, mit der das pariyestan-multiversum arbeitet. die 6-7 stunden sind gegliedert in: intro/begrüssung des publikums, tanz + dialog, musik, schlafzeit, erwachen + kollektives traumgemälde. während der ganzen zeit werden selbstgemachter tee und snacks zur entspannung und anregung gereicht. byog! Allgemeines: Die Performance dauert ca. 7 Stunden und nutzt Farsi, Mandarin, Englisch und Deutsch. Für die Teilnahme sind keine Sprachkenntnisse erforderlich. Auf der Bühne kommen gedimmtes Licht, Projektionen, Dunst, sanfte Lichtübergänge, und ASMR-Effekte zum Einsatz. Es gibt keine offizielle Pause, doch das Publikum kann jederzeit aussteigen, oder zwischendurch den Raum verlassen und wieder zurückkommen. Die Performance bietet Raum zum Ausruhen, Schlafen, sich wälzen, passiv und manchmal auch aktiv sein. Am Ende gibt es einen interaktiven Teil des gemeinsamen Schreibens, Malens und Raum für Gespräche.
Publikumsbereich: Das Publikum kann zwischen verschiedenen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten wählen. Es gibt Matten, Teppiche, Sitzsäcke und einige Stühle. Auch die Bewegung im Raum ist möglich. Es gibt zwei Rollstuhlplätze und einige Sitzsäcke, die je nach Verfügbarkeit reserviert oder im Online-Ticketshop oder an der Abendkasse erworben werden können.
Early Boarding: Falls die Tür zum Saal aus künstlerischen Gründen erst sehr kurz vor Vorstellungsbeginn öffnet, besteht die Möglichkeit zum Early Boarding. Dies ist der früher Einlass für alle Menschen (insbesondere mit sichtbaren oder nicht-sichtbaren Behinderungen), die einen bestimmten Sitzplatz oder einen entspannteren Einlass wünschen. Das Early Boarding beginnt in der Regel 10-20 Minuten vor Vorstellungsbeginn. Der Treffpunkt ist neben der Bar.
