Õhtu toimub 9. juunil kell 19.00 Eesti Tantsuagentuuris. Pikkus kokku 2 tundi koos pausiga.
Kutsume sind eelkõige tutvuma kunstnikega ja kogema, mida nad on selle aasta jooksul uurinud. Jagamisele tulevad katked protsessidest, mis liiguvad installatsiooni, improvisatsiooni, partneritöö ja kaasaegse tantsu piirialadel.

IOHAN FIGUEROA on Mehhiko kunstnik ja disainer, kes on lõpetanud Eesti Kunstiakadeemia. Iohani looming loob intiimse dialoogi keha, liikumise, objektide ja ruumi vahel.
Oma multidistsiplinaarse lähenemise kaudu loob Figueroa immersiivseid installatsioone - alternatiivseid reaalsusi, mis kutsuvad peatuma ja mõtestama meie suhet maailmaga, kus elame. Loodus toimib keskse metafoori ja lähtepunktina inimestevaheliste suhete ja emotsioonide uurimisel.
“Water Lilies” on live-installatsioon. Uurimus, mis on loodud esitamiseks veekogu ääres, kuid mis seekord toimub tantsustuudios. Tantsijad ja klaasist vesiroosid jagavad kontaktimprovisatsiooni, hingates samas ruumis, samas vaikuses ja samas rütmis. Teos loob sensoorse kogemuse, kutsudes publikut sellesse haprasse maailma sisse astuma, aeglustuma ja märkama peeneid detaile.

AMANDA TENDER on vabakutseline tantsija ja tsirkuseartist, kes ühendab loomingulise liikumise, füüsilise intensiivsuse ja tehnilise täpsuse. Ta on avatud erinevatele koostöö- ja lavastusvormidele ning on õppinud Folie tsirkusestuudios, lõpetanud BFM koreograafia eriala ning täiendanud end Viinis Blueboxis.
Residentuuri jooksul on koostöös Eva Lotta Kliimaskiga arenenud idee luua rahvusvaheline kaasaegse tantsu kollektiiv nimega Amàta. Nimi tähendab „armastatud” ning viitab nii loojate nimedele kui sügavale armastusele tantsu vastu. Nende loominguline koostöö ühendab koreograafia ja partneritöö, keskendudes kohalolu, tajude ning inimestevahelise tunnetusliku ühenduse teemadele. Open sharing’u raames esitavad nad koreografeeritud dueti, mis on aluseks Amàta kollektiivi tulevasele loomingule ja esimese lavastuse arengule.
Näidatav materjal on osa jätkuvast protsessist, kus uuritakse liikumise füüsilisust, partneritööd ning seda, kuidas luua keha kaudu emotsionaalset ja kinesteetilist kogemust nii esitajale kui publikule. Showing annab vaatajatele võimaluse heita pilk kujunevasse lavakeelde, kus kohtuvad erinevad kehalised praktikad, tundlikkus ja ühine huvi kaasaegse tantsu kui tajulise kogemuse vastu.

REBECCA GREEN on Eestis tegutsev kunstnik, kelle looming sünnib tantsu, teatri ja performance’i kokkupuutepunktides. Teda paelub keha väljendusjõud ning inimese emotsionaalse ja füüsilise potentsiaali uurimine liikumise kaudu. Tänu taustale nii liikumises kui fotograafias kasutab Rebecca oma töödes sageli tugevat visuaalset kujundikeelt. Becca töötab teksti- ja liikumisskooride kaudu, uurides viise, kuidas päevikuid, salvestusi ja videosid kehale üle kanda. Intiimsuse ja sensuaalsuse ümber liikudes uurib ta, kuidas intiimseid hetki, žeste ja füüsilisusi laval taastoota ning millist mõju avaldavad kordus ja täpsus nendele habrastele tegevustele.
Viimastel aastatel on Becca uurinud laval eksisteerivate erinevate „minade” omavahelist koostööd ning uusi publiku kaasamise viise. Tema looming väärtustab teadlikku riski ja otsib pidevalt uusi võimalusi kogeda loomingulise protsessi intensiivsust.
Open sharing’u raames esitleb ta videomaterjali ning improvisatsioonilise struktuuriga koreograafiat koos Kirte Jõesaarega.

ELO JÄRV on näitleja ja etenduskunstnik, kes tegutseb füüsilise teatri ja swingtantsu piirialadel. Ta on lõpetanud EMTA kaasaegsete etenduskunstide magistriõppe ning on residentuuri jooksul uurinud swingtantsimist kui igapäevast improvisatsioonilist praktikat, mis lähtub inimesest, tema rütmidest, emotsioonidest ja kohalolust.
Teda huvitab, kuidas liikuda läbi erinevate emotsionaalsete seisundite - mitte ainult rõõmu, vaid ka ärevuse, viha, kurbuse ja ebakindluse.
Avalik jagamine saab olema kohtumine, kus põimuvad argisus, emotsionaalsed nihked ning erinevad viisid ruumi jagada, võtta ja koos luua. See on katse vaadata swingtantsu väljaspool nostalgilist kujutlust - millenagi, mis on habras, kogu keha hõlmav, vahel tasakaalust väljas, kuid endiselt sügavas kontaktis teiste inimestega.

The evening will take place on the 9th of June at 19:00 at the Estonian Dance Agency. The total duration is approximately 2 hours, including an intermission. We warmly invite you to meet the artists and experience what they have been exploring throughout the year. The sharing will include excerpts from creative processes situated at the intersection of installation, improvisation, partnering work, and contemporary dance.

IOHAN FIGUEROA (they/them) is a Mexican artist and designer who graduated from the Estonian Academy of Arts. Iohan’s work creates an intimate dialogue between body, movement, objects, and space.
Through a multidisciplinary approach, Figueroa creates immersive installations — alternative realities that invite us to pause and reflect on our relationship with the world we inhabit. Nature functions as a central metaphor and point of departure for exploring human relationships and emotions.
Water Lilies is a live installation — a study originally created to be performed beside a body of water, now relocated into a dance studio setting. Dancers and glass water lilies engage in contact improvisation, breathing within the same space, silence, and rhythm. The work creates a sensory experience, inviting the audience to enter this fragile world, slow down, and notice subtle details.

AMANDA TENDER (she/her) is a freelance dancer and circus artist whose work combines creative movement, physical intensity, and technical precision. She is open to diverse collaborative and performative formats and has studied at Folie Circus Studio, graduated from the choreography programme at BFM, and further developed her practice at Blue Box in Vienna.
During the residency, together with Eva Lotta Kliimask, she has been developing the idea for an international contemporary dance collective called Amàta. The name means “beloved” and refers both to the creators’ names and to their deep love for dance. Their artistic collaboration combines choreography and partnering work, focusing on presence, perception, and emotional connection between people.
As part of the open sharing, they will present a choreographed duet that forms the basis for the future artistic direction of the Amàta collective and the development of its first production.
The material presented is part of an ongoing process exploring the physicality of movement, partnering work, and ways of creating emotional and kinaesthetic experiences through the body for both performer and audience. The showing offers viewers a glimpse into an emerging stage language where different bodily practices, sensitivity, and a shared interest in contemporary dance as a sensory experience come together.

REBECCA GREEN (she/her) is an artist based in Estonia whose work emerges at the intersection of dance, theatre, and performance. She is fascinated by the expressive power of the body and the exploration of human emotional and physical potential through movement. Drawing from backgrounds in both movement and photography, Rebecca often works with strong visual imagery.
Through text and movement scores, Becca explores ways of translating diaries, recordings, and videos onto the body. Working around intimacy and sensuality, she investigates how intimate moments, gestures, and physicalities can be recreated on stage, and how repetition and precision affect these fragile actions.
In recent years, Becca has explored collaboration between different “selves” existing on stage, as well as new ways of engaging audiences. Her artistic practice values conscious risk-taking and continuously searches for new ways to experience the intensity of the creative process.
As part of the open sharing, she will present video material and an improvisational choreographic structure together with Kirte Jõesaar.

ELO JÄRV (she/her) is an actress and performance maker who works at the intersection of physical theatre and swing dance. She has graduated from the CPPM programme at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre. During the residency, she has explored swing dancing as an everyday improvisational practice rooted in the individual, their rhythms, emotions, and presence.
She is interested in how one can move through different emotional states - not only joy, but also anxiety, anger, sadness, and uncertainty.
The public sharing will be an encounter where everydayness, emotional shifts, and different ways of sharing, taking, and creating space together intertwine. It is an attempt to view swing dance beyond nostalgic imagery – as something fragile, fully embodied, at times off balance, yet still deeply connected to other people.
