Looking to learn more of traditional yogic practices? Join Pose By Pose Yoga and staff as they explore a variety of Tantric Yoga topics.
This session will be focusing on Mantra and Yantra.
Lectures and Practices will include:
An experiential practice of a variety of Sanskrit mantras in various styles- both lecture and chanting will be included in the study.
With yantra, we will discuss the significance of yantra as a meditation practice and instruct meditation accordingly.
This workshop is open to graduates of any 200 hour program.
Sign up in advance will be required.
This workshop will be taught by YACEP’s so credit are available. You will also receive a completion certificate. The next workshop in the series will be “Ceremonies of Tantric Yoga” to attend this workshop you must have attended a prior workshop. *Such as this workshop or previous workshops-Chakras or Vayus
