TANTRIC ROPEWelcome to a 3 hour workshop for deep connection!
I use the rope as a tool, as an extension of my arms to hold you closer, to hold you with more depth.
With the rope as a tool to ground yourself in the presence of your own body. We will dance together in deep connection and experiment with surrendering into the space held by your partner. Experience how the ropes can bring out the emotions that are already in us, the emotions hiding beneath the surface. When we let the body be embraced and held by the ropes and another person, when we choose to surrender and allow all that is alive within us to just be and to also be seen.
How deeply do you desire to surrender, what happens to you when you trust in the arms that hold you?
Come experience pleasure, relaxation, excitement and playfulness in the encounters you co-create.
The focus will be on connection before rope technique. We are diving in to tantric meetings with the rope as a tool.
All of you is welcome here! All expressions and all emotions, from tenderness to play, relaxation, anger, grief and sensuality. You don't need to come with a partner, but you can of course bring your partner or a friend. There will be opportunities to have several short rope tying sessions with a range of people. This is a great opportunity to learn more about yourself, your vulnerability and the energy between you and your partner during each rope session or you may stick to your own partner, and both will learn to hold on and surrender to the ropes. Every exercise is an invitation, and you are invited and reminded to feel into your boundaries throughout the event. The methods are simple with a focus on the connection with the person you are tying, not on technical knots made to show off.

ABOUT THE SPACE HOLDER
My name is Karen, I am passionate about pleasure! A Life artist and a spiritual seeker who creates safe spaces where the body and soul can communicate. I am fuelled by the gifts of life and love creating experimental spaces for people to come together and holding space for visionary solutions to emerge. I believe in the power inside of every single one of us and I live to support people to embrace their light and let it shine into the world. I am dedicated to creating community, to bring people together as I know it to be the way we move forward and simultaneously create magic.
I have been inspired by rope work for about 10 years and have felt deeply the connection it can bring, both to a partner and to the experience of life within my own being. I love surrendering into the hands and the rope of another as well as over and over again being mesmerised of the sensation of holding space for others to surrender into my arms and experience new sides of themselves.
PRACTICALITIES
Go to Torpgatan 21 and in through the big entrance, then through the first door on the left and up all the stairs to the top floor.
Arrival time 13:45-14:00 Starting time 14:00 sharp NO ENTRY AFTER 14:00!
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in, bring a water bottle + your favourite snack to share in the break.
Feel free to bring your own rope if you so desire, there will also be rope available to borrow and buy.
All humans are welcome regardless of previous experience, relationship status & gender. No rope experience is required.
The event will be held in English unless the whole group speaks Swedish.
