This deep retreat will give you wonderful knowledge and practical exercises from the Taoist Tantra. Learn powerful tools for opening your main energy circuits and ways of connecting deeper with yourself through awareness and presence. Learn how to nourish your energy field, work through energetic blocks, cultivate your Qi flow and heal core wounding. Explore meditation techniques from energy Master Mantak in combination with ritualistic Tantra and the Tao.

Chandana has been practicing Tao Tantric Arts and other energy related body work since many years and has embodied a deep passion for teaching these techniques in a powerful way, guiding women and men into awakening, healing and deeper connection to their feminine and masculine essence. She has gained profound knowledge and wisdom in these fields from a wide range of leading Taoist and Tantric Masters like Mantak Chia (The Multiorgasmic Man), David Deida, Mahasatva Ma Ananda Sarita, Seren Bertrand and Osho. The focus in her work lies strongly in the realm of Inner Alchemy, Kundalini Awakening, Hieros Gamos and the Healing of the split between the Sacred Masculine and Feminine.
The workshop will be held in English and German Language!
Applicants should have prior experience in meditation and some kind of spiritual practice.
The workshop is not suitable for people, who are taking drugs, including smoking dope, drinking regularly alcohol or taking antidepressants. As we are exchanging energy with others, it's important to attend with a pure energy field in order to archive high frequencies and blissful experiences.
There will be no nudity in the course exercises.
What to bring:
Meditation pillow, fresh clothes if possible in the Colour WHITE for men and RED for women, fresh socks, bring a beautiful, meaningful offering for the altar (flowers, insence ), something to make notes, blanket, watter bottel, a smal snack to share with the group.
