Come to explore deeper levels of trust and intimacy within yourself and with a partner, in this gentle introduction to “Tantric Bliss for couples”. In this CLOTHED class you will learn:
-An understanding of Tantra and why we are so interested or curious of the practice
-A deeper sense of self
-A more profound knowing of your capacity to give & receive love.
-Gentle yet profound tools to connect on a deeper level with your partner
-breath work, sacred touch, deep listening & much more.
-A Journey into the senses
Fun, laughter & play is what fills this day!
This will be a beautiful introduction to Tantra that will leave you and your partner blissed out and eager to connect in deeper truth & understanding of ones needs and desires..
Please come in comfy clothes, bring a pillow to sit on, a blanket for additional warmth, water and anything else you feel is needed for comfort.
There will be tea and some goodies used during our senses journey that will be provided, Please let me know upon signing up if there are any Soy, Dairy, nut or gluten allergies.
