Available languages: English, German. The session will be taught in 1 of these languages depending on background of participants

✔️no previous knowledge is necessary. However, the workshop is suitable for people who are physically fit, practice yoga and meditation

✔️for participants who can hold about10 minutes a sitting position (even with a seat cushion)

✔️no drugs 3 days befor the workshop
