Here's some of what we've done before:

• Connection games in breakout rooms are where the magic happens sparking some memorable moments with each other through fun games.
• Guided meditations to center yourself, reduce stress, and set the stage for connecting more deeply with one another.
• If you’ve never tried somatic exercises you’re in for a treat enhancing your body awareness and releasing hidden tensions.
• Get expert insights during a Q&A with relationship coaches helping you with your dating and relationship journey.
• Dancing and moving your body to boost your mood and energy.
• Sharing positivity and connection through joy and acknowledging what we’re thankful for.

• We start with a welcome & introduction from the facilitator where you’ll be guided through a mix of exciting activities to help you connect.
• Participate in small group breakout sessions with engaging prompts. Share your thoughts, experiences, and enjoy meaningful exchanges with other singles.
• Return to the main group to explore deeper insights. People can share their experiences, and get a better understanding of tantric principles and personal development tools.
• End the session with an opportunity for an open Q&A. This is your chance to get any questions you might have answered about dating/relationships from an expert.
