Join us for a nurturing and powerful Women's Only workshop.

Rhea will guide you on a Tantric Breathwork journey. Empowering you to become more in sync with your breath and body and also your partner. Rhea combines her Yogic practice with Tantric Breathwork. Allow the breath and body to accept new energy into your life.

Rose aka Black Rose Yogini ? ? ??‍♀️

Will lead you through intuitive movement where your body leads and the mind takes a back seat. This session it will allow you to release and let go of tension, and stagnation in the body so you can feel refreshed, rejuvenated and reignited. All whilst listening to uplifting beats?. Allow the body to be free.

Elka will close the workshop and take you on a journey with powerful and meditative sound healing. She uses her instruments and her voice as a spiritual tool to journey you further into your subconscious and receive the guidance or messages you need. Float away to bliss.

Journalling is encouraged.

There will be time for sharing and journaling.

Light refreshments will be provided.

Early bird tickets end on the last day of September

Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.

Bring water, a yoga mat, a journal and a pen.

(Some spare yoga mats will be available if you do not have one)

For the Sound Bath you may wish to wear layers, bring blankets, pillows, sleeping bags, eye masks, cosy socks etc anything that helps you to be extra cosy and comfy.
