In this 5-hour immersive Tantra Deep Dive Intensive, sex and relationship educator Reid Mihalko of ReidAboutSex.com takes the mystery out of Tantra and breaks it down into clear, practical, try-this-tonight tools you can use to expand pleasure, build connection, feel more at home in your body, and unleash your tantric superpowers.

Expect a mix of laughter, learning, and “Ohhh… THAT’S how that works” moments, along with useful tools you can take home and explore right away.

Through guided exercises, live demonstrations, and interactive learning, you’ll explore how to:

• Use simple breathing techniques to increase arousal, stamina, and body awareness• Turn kissing, touch, and presence into full-body experiences• Understand what “energetic sex” actually is—without needing to believe in anything mystical• Recognize and work with sensations like pleasure waves, heat, and post-pleasure “twitches”• Expand your capacity for connection and sensation, solo or with partners• Communicate more clearly to create safer, more satisfying intimate experiences• Access deeper states of pleasure using grounded, easy-to-learn techniques

In early 2018, several individuals came forward during #MeToo to share the harm Reid had caused them. Reid stepped down from teaching and initiated a restorative justice-based accountability process to address his misconduct and, where possible, make amends.
