TANTRA Intro Evening in English | AMSTERDAM

This Intro Talk will cover the basics of Tantra so you can start practicing at home. Hosted by The New Tantra team.
About this Event

Please note: this event only includes an educational talk about tantric energy and intimacy, and one simple, clothes-on, non-explicit group exercise.

There will be no nudity or explicit live demonstrations or practice.

In this Intro Evening, we will discuss how to:

• Move beyond "friction-only" intercourse;
• Move from short, explosive climax towards different kinds of blissful states that last literally for minutes;
• Increase a deep and lasting buzzing energy flow in the whole body;
• Naturally extend arousal and remedy dysfunction;
• Release negative imprints, tension and numbness in the body which increases sensitivity;
• Restore attraction between long-term partners;
• Transcend shame, guilt and taboos into relaxation;
• Use desire as a doorway to spiritual growth: how this all relates to undoing the ego, finding your life purpose, surrendering to something bigger than yourself, and waking up from the dream reality of being a separate being.

Practicing Tantra has shown to improve not only people's love and dating lives, but also the quality of daily life, work, family life and creativity.

During the evening, you'll get the chance to bring up your burning questions about tantra. Don't be shy ;)

We'll have a break to socialize, get cozy and meet other open-minded tantric practitioners.

Light snacks, tea and (sparkling) water will be provided.

After the break, we'll do one simple group exercise (clothes-on and nothing too scary!)

This evening will be hosted by TNT facilitators Paris and Diesel.

ABOUT

The New Tantra (TNT) is a modern adaptation of tantra.

The TNT team offers workshops to get you liberated, deconditioned, and to turn your desire into a spiritual practice.

We combine tantra with elements from Eastern traditions, Western philosophy, psychology, science, edgy & taboo practices, and performance arts (music, DJs,…).
