The Tannahill Weavers—born from a Paisley pub session and named for the town’s weaving heritage and poet Robert Tannahill—are one of Scotland’s premier Celtic bands, blending timeless traditional melodies with the power and drive of modern arrangements. Celebrated for their tight harmonies, inventive instrumentation, and spirited performances, they’ve earned praise from the New York Times, Winnipeg Free Press, and a devoted global audience, as well as induction into the Scottish Traditional Music Hall of Fame.
