Prizes for Best General each side (average of total points all three rounds) and Best Painted (participant voted) must have at least three colors to qualify not just undercoated.
German Players will fight against Soviets to unify Germany
British and American players will fight Soviets for Hungary.
Each table will be provided a tactics deck for both players.
