Tango! With Hugo Satorre & Winnie Cheung

La Loca Milonga and the Santa Barbara Tango community team up again to bring you a new installment of Live Music and Dancing at the restaurant..

This time we will be hosting Hugo Satorre at the bandoneon and Winnie Cheung at the piano. Two amazing musicians that have made tango their medium of expression.

Grammy Nominated Hugo Satorre is well known to our community, having visited us last june, and left us enchanted with his music, teaching and insightful conversation.

You might know him from Otros Aires, Tanghetto, La Tubatango, among so many other of his musical projects.

Hugo is swinging by Santa Barbara and Los Angeles on his way back to Argentina from a tour in Europe.

Winnie Cheung is an accomplished pianist, bandoneonist, and dancer. She has been working with tango, and tango communities, all over the world.

We are excited to welcome her and expect to be delighted by her playing, dancing, and teaching in Santa Barbara.

There will be music, food, and a bit of dancing for whoever wants to dance. We will be providing a dancing floor.
