**Tango Tigersharks & Customs Personnel,**** **
**FYI:** The following is a summary of events that occurred during our Tango Tigershark Officers and Committee members meeting, which occurred on April 26, 2025. *(Note: Reports are issued here and at other locations, after each meeting).*
**Attendees** (Members who provided at least one comment during this online 24-hour messenger group meeting):
Michael Taylor – President
David Casteel – Vice President
Leah Dove – Secretary
Michael Martin – Assistant Treasurer
Joe Beck – Reunion Committee Member
**Objectives for this meeting:**
• A moment of silence for all those who gave the ultimate sacrifice
• Progress on the contact list with all Tigersharks.
• Current website status report, especially online commerce
• Treasury status/ Funding Issues
• Poll for the next reunion
• Reunion planning, including the date, venue, and activities we might like
**Treasurer's (Including membership status) Report:**
(1) The current total in our account is: $3136.95
(2) We had 22 paid members for 2024, and we had 16 Life members. Our Treasurer, Eric Varela, has provided our current membership numbers for 2025. We now have 23 life members, and 8 personnel have paid 2025 dues.)
(3) However, 2025 membership is still down; we need to continue to appeal for members to make their dues payments.
** Reunion Review:**
1. Our 2026 reunion will be held in New Orleans.
2. According to the poll that we sent out, the two dates with the least conflicts were May 1- 3 and May 15 – 17.
3. We voted on and approved that the **dates of the reunion will be May 15 – 17, 2026.** This is contingent on any major barriers with venues, activities, or any other serious matter, where we will instead consider May 1 – 3, 2026.
**Open Issues and information:**
1. We are still working towards getting our Tigershark list of contacts completed. Everyone should be working on this and documenting their efforts.
2. We need to be more vigilant about our documentation on this contact list of personnel, so the next time we reach out, we are not duplicating efforts.
3. Jessica Ginnings put all the phone numbers into the Alpha list, making it much more user-friendly.
**Website Update:**
1. There have been 12 visitors to our website, with 1 paying dues since the last meeting.
2. Meeting minutes are now being added to our website.
3. It was voted on and accepted that we give away the Tumblers with annual memberships.
**Future discussions:**
1. The contact lists are being worked on. So far, about 50% of them have been completed.
2. For the contact list, members should be notating their experiences when trying to contact other Tigersharks so everyone can use this for future contact attempts.

(1) President Michael Taylor gave a review of past events and plans:
Our 1st Reunion took place in Las Vegas, NV, February 7-10, 2020, at the Golden Nugget Casino in downtown Vegas.
Our 2nd Reunion took place in Nashville, TN. June 9th-12th, 2022 in Nashville-Opryland, as scheduled. This reunion was for Tango personnel only and their guests.
Our 3rd Reunion took place from May 3-5, 2024, in Williamsburg, Va. Our main venue was the Embassy Suites Hotel.
Our 4th Reunion is planned for May 15 – 17, 2026. The location is New Orleans.
