Tango For Women
A Women’s Workshop in Movement, Connection, Presence and Roles
Join us beneath the trees for an afternoon of movement, connection, self-discovery, and play.
Argentine Tango is often portrayed as passionate or intense. Yet beneath its elegance lies something surprisingly simple: a conversation and connection between two people and the group.
In this women-only workshop, we’ll explore Tango not as a dance to master, but as a living practice of awareness, trust, boundaries, connection, roles and expression. Through gentle movement exercises, partner work, reflection, and plenty of laughter, we’ll discover what Tango can teach us about how we relate—to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us.
No dance experience is required. Two Left Feet preferred.
Leading & Following: Beyond the Dance
Tango is a conversation: leading means listening with clear intention, and following means responding with creative trust. We all carry both energies—whether you find it hard to let go or hesitate to claim your space. Through simple, playful exercises, we’ll explore both roles and see how they beautifully mirror our daily lives.
Why Nature?
Held outdoors in the beauty of Ecoville, this workshop invites us to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with ourselves away from the noise of daily life.
The trees, the open space, and the earth beneath our feet become part of the experience—helping us feel more present, grounded, and alive.
Who Is This For?
