Starting with 2023, Tango del Alma has tried to offer - and we believe we have succeeded! - a different approach to tango.
In 2024, Guille Barrionuevo introduced the concepts of Water, Air, Earth and Fire into tango - which were enthusiastically received by the students.
Through our 2025 guests, we want to continue this unique approach, beyond structures, but organically integrating structures with energy, posture, but associated with the final goal - the joy of dancing connected!
Guille & Emma, Ismael & Natalia will work together and separately, but always in connection, complementing each other - and we are convinced that it will be an unforgettable weekend!
Here is the theme of the 2025 workshops:
Friday, 20.06.2025
18.00 – 19.30 – workshop 1 – Guille and Emma & Ismael and Natalia - “Learn how to learn: maximize your results when practicing tango”.
Saturday, 21.06.2025
13.00 – 14.15 – workshop 2 – Guille and Emma - int/adv- “How to create memorable moments in your dance.”
You will learn how to take advantage of the intensity between pauses and accelerations in order to build up moments you won’t forget.
14.30 – 15.45 – workshop 3 – Guille and Emma - all levels- ”The technique challenge: what level can you reach?”
We play a game in which you rise through levels of difficulty by using various technical elements that will help you to improve and refine your movement.
13.00 – 14.15 – workshop 4 – Ismael and Natalia - all levels - “ The hug that breathes: elasticity and flexibility of connection”
Playing with extremes, exploring the limit .
In this class you will experience and bring connection to the deepest levels, expanding your presence.
14.30 – 15.45 – workshop 5 – Ismael and Natalia - Int/adv. - “The expansion of roles in tango “
The balance between the feminine and the masculine.
Here we are going to take your tango to the next level!

13.00 – 14.15 – workshop 6 – Guille and Emma - int/adv ”Discover your personal style: elements to build authenticity”
We will explore how to express and enjoy your own character through a series of introspective exercises that will anchor your style.
14.30 – 15.45 – workshop 7 – Guille and Emma - Int/adv ”Musicality: how to swim in the river of tango”
You will learn how navigate between being transported by, and riding on top of the music by exploring literal and non-literal interpretations.
13.00 – 14.15 – workshop 8 – Ismael and Natalia - Int/adv. -
“DANCE LIKE YOU ARE character and music in tango.“
A . We will explore character through RHYTHM to enrich your expression and vocabulary.
14.30 – 15.45 – workshop 9 – Ismael and Natalia - int/adv. -
“DANCE LIKE YOU ARE character and music in tango“
B . We will explore character through MELODY to float in creation of your dance.
