Welcome to Bailongo Tango Dublin (Argentine Tango).We are delighted to invite you to a special Zamba workshop—one of the most romantic and soulful Argentine folk dances. This unique experience will be led by the masterful tango and Argentine folk dancer Emilio Cornejo, accompanied by the graceful and talented Maeve McGreevy, a highly skilled teacher and dancer.

About Emilio Cornejo:
Emilio Cornejo is a renowned Argentine tango and folk dance teacher. Born into a family of musicians and dancers in Argentina, he began training in dance, singing, and music at the age of five. In 1997, he founded the dance school El Infernal. Since 1999, he has been conducting seminars across Argentina, serving as a technical jury member for national dance competitions, and performing on the country’s most prestigious stages.
Over the years, Emilio has developed a versatile style, mastering a range of dance genres including tango, flamenco, Latin dance, contemporary dance, and modern jazz. Since 2005, he has been promoting Argentine folk dances throughout Europe, earning widespread recognition as the first Argentine dancer to lead such a project. His work has inspired a deep passion for folk traditions across diverse cultures.
