Trio Paradis (Jacquelyn Bevan - piano, Ruth O’Shea - violin & Linda Stocks - cello) play a Café Concert on the first Friday lunchtime of each month at 3pm in the Arn Room at Warminster Civic Centre: a themed 45-minute concert of mainly classical music, introduced by the performers. There is a pop-up café from 2.30pm serving tea, coffee and home-made cakes, where you can meet friends for a chat before the concert.
Tango! traces the development of the iconic South American dance, from its origins in the ports of Argentina and Uruguay during the last quarter of the 19th century to its transition to the twentieth century concert hall and music theatre.
