Our organization has assisted Philadelphia area residents with information and education as well as services to untangle property deeds and develop estate plans since 2009. Hundreds of Philadelphia homes are lost each year to lack of preparation for the future. We have assisted hundreds of people each year with advice, guidance and information on how to obtain, retain and maintain their homes for the benefit of future generations and the transfer of wealth through heir property. We are most proud of being able to offer our services to less advantaged members of the community in both Philadelphia and surrounding counties and see those residents enthusiastically partake in the availability.
