Tangle Agency and Love Action presents Partying Waves, an afternoon music cruise along the Yarra River on Saturday 12th of October from 18:00 - 20:00 featuring Casper and Donald's House. For the very first time at Melbourne Fringe, enjoy food, beverages, a dance-floor down below and a rooftop terrace to take in the views as you cruise the river views.Love Action is the cosmic disco experience inspired by the Aussie coast.
An audio, visual mind and body experience… A sound, a look, a feeling, an identity - a borderless cosmos, where humans dance in unity to the sweet Love Action sound...
Named after the Human League song from their 1981 album “Dare”, Love Action is a party inspired by the cosmic Italian disco sounds from the late 70s, with a visual identity based off of our Aussie coastal backyard.
Love action heaving on a boat flying down the yarra while one of the biggest sonic inspirations pumps pure dance magic through the soundsystem sounds dangerous. And it will be - prepare yourself for a journey between disco, synth pop, prog, proto house, reggae, funk and anything and everything inbetween as Donald’s House and Love Action founder DJ CAS bring you two hours of pure party magic.
