Tangerine Plaza Community Cleanup

Celebrate the 40th anniversary of the International Coastal Cleanup with KPB and the Ocean Conservancy by volunteering at one of our events from September 1st to October 31st! Join the global movement and become a citizen scientist to help us collect, count, and document the litter found at sites throughout Pinellas County.

The City of St. Pete and Keep Pinellas Beautiful are teaming up to host a community cleanup at Tangerine Plaza on Sunday, September 14th. This event is free and open to all, so gather your friends and join us!

Please note: Volunteers under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by an adult.

WHERE TO MEET: Tangerine Plaza Parking Lot - 1780 22nd St. S St. Petersburg, FL 33712

WHEN: Cleanup begins at 9:00 AM. Please arrive a few minutes early to check-in.

WHAT TO WEAR: Volunteers should wear closed toe shoes, sun protection and weather appropriate clothing.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Cleanup supplies will be provided. A water refill station will be available, please bring a reusable water bottle. Please note there are no public restrooms onsite.

PARKING: Free parking will be available onsite at the Tangerine Plaza parking lot. See map below.
