The Tandem Sound Healing Experience is a blend of refined sound therapy from highly experienced facilitators, light physical support by licensed massage therapist(s,) and true community fostered in authentic relationships forged by these two incredible stewards.
What to expect?
TSHE will be a mid-tempo accompaniment of world and classical instruments. Some of the instruments you may hear: heavenly vocals, crystal singing bowls, guitar, chimes, percussion, frame drum, tongue drum, gong, n’goni (W African harp,) shruti box, handpan, metal singing bowls, ocean drum, rainstick, prerecorded sound clips, and more. Expect intermittent, intuitive touch throughout the session.

Arrive early to inform facilitators of any conditions/contraindications that may be helpful to support you.
These sessions are non-denominational, based in secular science, and inclusive to all backgrounds. All ages are welcome, however must be able to attend full session without interruption so we recommend a minimum age of 13. May be enjoyed seated or laying. There is no movement guidance within this session, suitable for any fitness level. Sound healing is a relaxation-based, complementary modality for stress reduction that is not a substitute for professional mental health counseling, psychotherapy, or psychiatric treatment. It does not diagnose or cure illnesses. Participants with PTSD, anxiety, or depression may consult their mental health provider with any concerns.

If you purchased a [LIMITED QUANTITY] VIP seat, you will have a front row space reserved with supplies pre-set. However feel free to bring additional accoutrements. 3 yoga mats to truly cushion the concrete floor. 4-6 yoga blocks expertly placed by the massage therapist(s) for wrist rests, knee support, and ankle support. Pillow, blanket, and eye cover provided. PLUS a complementary day pass to Cocoon30a to enjoy the amenities before or after the meditation.

The nest is located on the second floor, straight down the hallway from the elevator, left at end of the hall, and finally you arrive to the healing energy filled unit to your right at the end of that hall.
When to come?
GA entry is 1:15 pm
VIP entry is as early as 1:00 pm to Nest and all day access to Cocoon30a
When is the meditation?
A short opening circle will take place promptly at 1:30 pm, followed by a 60 minute sound journey meditation and hands-on adjustments.

The facility is open 10 am - 8 pm on Saturdays, so TSHE guests can plan ahead to enjoy the space before or after the meditation. The VIP ticket includes a day pass or a discounted day pass may be purchased as an add-on. Gender segregated locker rooms available for use while in the facility, with showers and key-code lockers.
Ticket capacity is limited to 30 guests, including VIP seats.
For every 10 guests, we will book an additional massage therapist so please reserve with as much advanced notice as possible.
