Refreshments and Getting Settled
Info: We'll have large sticky notes on the walls so you can share your challenges and successes in navigating childcare and perinatal support. Have you pieced together a patchwork of part-time childcare? Tried nannies? Traded stay-at-home roles? How does/did being academia affect your pregnancy? Do you you work in a lab with chemicals? Do you teach on your feet? How much parental leave can you access? Do you have advice for others? We'll use these sticky notes to drive conversations throughout the evening.
