Embrace the Midwinter Spirit at our Ceilidh Night! ❄️The Tamworth & District Highland Society Pipe Band celebrates Scottish music and culture within our community by presenting a Ceilidh (pronounced "kay-lee") - A traditional Scottish party for people to come together for Scottish country dancing, food, drink, a few Scottish songs, and a lot of fun!
Whether of Scottish descent or not, engage in the vibrant traditions of Scotland with its lively dances and festive atmosphere to help to strengthen community bonds, share cultural heritage, and promote inclusivity. The Highland Society committee wishes to re-establish our presence outside of Pipe Band music with organisation of Scottish events to re-ignite the local Scottish cultural scene in Tamworth and the region to add to the rich fabric of Scottish culture in the area.
