At this meeting ballots will be counted, and two of the five officers on the Board of Directors will be elected for three-year terms of office. Additionally, the membership will be briefed on the financial status of TGBA and the financial performance of the Team House in 2025.

The annual meeting of TGBA will take place at 1500 hours on 12 February 2026 at Team House Tampa, 6207 S. Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33611. This is immediately prior to the February meeting of Chapter LX.

At this meeting ballots will be counted, and two of the five officers on the Board of Directors will be elected for three-year terms of office. Additionally, the membership will be briefed on the financial status of TGBA and the financial performance of the Team House in 2025.

The two positions on the Board up for election are the Vice President for Operations (VP Opns) and Treasurer. Their primary respective duties are as follows:
VP Opns (Incumbent is Rich Corson)
Serve as the President of the Board in the absence of the President.
Exercise one vote on all issues that come before the board.
Treasurer (Incumbent is Brian Wilson)
Oversee and manage the income and expenses of the Corporation.
Maintain the Corporation’s financial records and ensure the Corporation’s taxes are filed annually.
Exercise one vote on all issues that come before the board.
