At this pop-up small group session, athletes will experience an comprehensive and intensive session, where they'll have an opportunity to dive deep into shooting science both in the classroom and on court.

It's hard to improve at anything that we don't understand, so the goal of this clinic is to provide athletes with a holistic understanding of the ideal movements that the best shooters in the world use, and the reasons why they work.

In your confirmation email, you will receive a private link to join the In-Person Immersive Experience, which we recommend athletes enroll in and begin 14 days before camp. (They will have FREE access for 21 days.)

-A 5-workout post-session plan

These workouts are specifically tailored to complement the in-person curriculum that your athletes will experience at camp.

Even if you sign up less than 10 days before camp, downloading and getting access to this plan is VITAL. You can always complete the workouts after our time together!
