What is the refund policy?

If you are unable to attend our event and need to cancel your registration, please submit a refund request via our online registration system, EventBrite, or notify the organizer by clicking on the "CONTACT THE ORGANIZER" button to the right. Please note that refund requests received after 12:01 pm EST on the Friday before the meeting will not be accepted.

Special Note: Registration desk for check-in will be open by 11:15 am and no walk-ups will be accepted. We will be taking steps to increase spacing at the event to reduce potential COVID-19 exposure and hand sanitizer will be available at the check-in desk. We ask that attendees adhere to any applicable CDC guidelines that are in force at the time of the event and to remain at home if experiencing any unexplained COVID-19 symptoms.
